Our organically grown rooibos tea has a smooth and mineral-rich flavour and is dark red in colour with an aromatic after taste. Made from leaves and small twigs of the Aspelanthus linearis plant, it is grown on Aggenbagskraal outside Clan William on the West Coast. The rich soil lends the tea the minerals while the biodiversity and soil biology is maintained by our nature-friendly growing practices.  

Rooibos is fully oxidized and contains antioxidants, trace minerals, and nutrients. The extracts from Rooibos are used in a variety of industries, including the tea, the cosmetic, the medical and pharmaceutical and food industries. Uses:

Historical and modern uses suggest that Rooibos supports a better sleep cycle, reduced  blood sugar fluctuations, respiratory allergies and cholesterol. Nutritionally Rooibos contains copper, iron, potassium, calcium, and magnesium.
