Description
A South African indigenous herb prized for healing of the respiratory and digestive track. As an essential oil it is musky in aroma and can be used as a steam or in a bath to reduce sinus congestion, headaches and respitory discomfort. The external application can also reduce menstrual cramping and pain from arthritus.
Ingredients: Steam distilled Artemisia Afra leaves.
